After a textbook backed-out-of-the-garage-and-clipped-the-door’s-track resulted in some damage to an already compromised door, we called Illinois Garage Door Repair. They had a tech out the next day who walked us through damage we’d seen and damage we were unaware of. We talked through options from minimalist repair to full replacement and decided (with no pressure from the tech) to go with a full repair. He wrote the order on Tuesday and a team of installers were onsite Thursday. Because they were delayed getting to our house they actually assigned extra technicians to ensure they completed the job in a reasonable time. Work was done quickly, competently and cleanly.
