Amazing company and service. My garage door broke the day before I had to go back to work. I called Illinois Garage Door Repair and they were able to come out the same day. The technician was scheduled to arrive between 5pm and 7pm on a Saturday night! Nate, the technician called me just after 5pm to let me know he was running behind schedule and would be here around 6:30pm. He arrived exactly when he said he would and quickly realized the opener I purchased from Home Depot was missing a part! He had the exact same opener in his van and offered to charge me the same price I paid at Home Depot. I could then return the one from Home Depot. He installed it within an hour. He was also able to advise me on the current condition of the spring. He shared that with a two car garage door I should have two springs and I only had one which was nearing the end of its life. If it broke I would not be able to get my car out. Even though it wasn't on the agenda he agreed to stay and replace the old spring and add a second. Nate made suggestions about what I needed to replace to keep my door working at top performance and I never felt pressured to purchase what he suggested. I had a great experience working with this company and would recommend them. If I have any more problems I will definitely be calling them again.
