After a textbook backed-out-of-the-garage-and-clipped-the-door’s-track resulted in some damage to an already compromised door, we called Illinois Garage Door Repair. They had a tech out the next day who walked us through damage we’d seen and damage we were unaware of. We talked through options from minimalist repair to full replacement and decided (with no pressure from the tech) to go with a full repair. He wrote the order on Tuesday and a team of installers were onsite Thursday. Because they were delayed getting to our house they actually assigned extra technicians to ensure they completed the job in a reasonable time. Work was done quickly, competently and cleanly. Highly recommend these guys.

I must say I was throughly impressed with the installation of our new garage door and opener..!! It runs so smooth and is so quiet..! And the installer was top notch..!! Well worth the money. He was in and out in no time. These guys definitely did a great job..!! The door itself is also a thing of beauty, inside and out.! I absolutely love the smart phone app on the Chamberlin opener, as I will now be able to open the garage without getting off my motorcycle and walking over to the outside keypad like years past.!
